Sometimes when you are in the middle of a battle, it can seem like the battle will never end. You just want to make sure that you are strong until the end. But sometimes in the middle of a battle, you can feel weak and exposed. Sometimes you can just feel like you won’t win. In those moments, the best thing to do is to make sure that you tell yourself that it is worth it to fight. Like in a Marriage Crisis, you don’t just give up every time you know that something hard is coming, you stick it out because it is worth it. 

I have learned that sometimes it is better to go off of recommendations from people who have stayed at hotels than to just choose based on the number of stars a hotel has. I have actually stayed at some nice places that had fewer stars but were actually better in my opinion than some of the more expensive places I have stayed. Can anyone tell me of any cheap hotels in Rome that are quite nice to stay at? I would really love to hear about them since I am trying to plan my next trip and I am having a hard time choosing a hotel.

The other day I really was not in the mood to go to the gym but I did want to do some type of workout. I did not want to go anywhere though. So I devised this quick four minute workout. I put together this superset. I did squats and pushups. I did ten of each with no rest in between for four minutes straight. My muscles were burning afterwards and I was sweating. It was really intense and very difficult. I had to take two really short breaks but I got through it. It was quick and felt really effective.

My mom called me yesterday and asked me about how to get her knitting projects online.
