When I went home that night, after my good day as a business telemarketing list person, and told my husband how good I had done on my first day he was very impressed. He was even happier when I handed him my commission check. His eyes lit up when he read the three hundred dollar amount on the front. He gasped, “Three hundred dollars on your first day”? I told him that I had made six sales on my first day at it. My boss told me that was more than any other person there had ever done. He asked me if I was going to be promoted on my third day. He said that I should consider my pattern.
