I have been trying to lose weight lately. I have been sticking to a sensible diet and exercising more. However, there are times when I can not sit down and eat a healthy meal. I have two young children and there are a lot of days that we are rushing out the door to get to school on time. I have been wondering what my options are for affordable smoothie makers. I do not have a lot of money to spend on something that is not a necessity right now. However, my health is a priority so I would like to do whatever I can to continue to lose weight and eat well.
