One thing everyone should have
I work in retail and have for the last few years and you can find all sorts of people in that line of work. Some of them are very hard working, some are very lazy and some are very laid back.I may not have as many people skills as some but I do have more LDRSHIP than some of them. I find nothing more irritating than working for someone who has no idea how to get things done. And getting them to lead by example is next to near impossible. I can not wait to I do not work retail anymore.
