Reflex Instant Whey lost me a stone
I’ve been taking this product now for 4 months and I can’t believe it’s lost me a stone in fat. The reasoning behind this I believe is that Reflex Instant Whey is remarkably low in calories. The product pretty much soley contains protein which in itself only carries with it 4 calories per gram compared to 9 calories that fat carries and 7 calories that is derived from a gram of alcohol. Obviously I’ve also tried to make a concerted effort to clean up my act as I cut out all processed foods that are high in fats and sugars. Second to that I’ve decided to only indulge in a drink once a week as opposed to several. However this said, reflex instant whey has helped me a lot, try drinking just one shake after workouts.
