Weighted Workout To Jump Higher
All you need for these exercises for jumping higher is one or two dumbbells. The exercise is called weighted lunges. What you do is hold one dumbbell in each hand and stand straight up. Step forward with one leg so you are in a lunge position. Then, step back and step forward with the next leg doing the same thing. Repeat this for however many repetitions you decide. Make sure that you squat low when you are in the lunge position so your legs will feel the most strain. If you want you can do a lot of repetitions with lower weights and afterwards increase the amount of weight while lowering the repetition.
